Keep the film on for
the first 4 days.
For the next 10 days:
There can be some ink/body fluids
under the film (this is normal)

Gently take the film off on day 4 by
stretching it down.
​
After day 5, your tattoo will begin
to peel.
​
Do NOT pick at the skin.
​
Do NOT use Vaseline (it's not a healing
ointment and it blocks your pores).
​
Do NOT apply anything to your tattoo that has
alcohol or perfume in the ingredients.
Clean your tattoo with antibacterial soap and
apply healing ointment every 3-4 hours.
​
You will need enough ointment to moisturise
your skin, but not too much, so your skin is
able to breathe. If your tattoo gets dry quickly,
you can repeat the steps more often.
​
You can use Aquaphor, Neosporin or any
tattoo branded oil/lotion that is designed
specifically for healing.
